Robert “Jazz” Martin
Chef Robert “Jazz” Martin brings 30 years of cutting-edge culinary experience to MBI. Since graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Jazz has spent time in kitchens all across the world including Hong Kong, London, Spain, Scotland and Italy. His global approach to food and life brings a unique set of skills to the MBI team. Throughout his career Jazz has taken a consumer-centric approach to his development and is always at the forefront of food trends. His incredible knowledge of the food business has been fueled by years of experience from all over the culinary spectrum including restaurants, retail, foodservice, distribution, consulting, grocery, education, brand development, R&D and more. We are fortunate that he has decided to share his extraordinary talent with us in the MBI kitchen every day. Jazz strives to share his progressive thinking and his goal is to provide quality and conscious culinary solutions to enlighten the pallet. Jazz is a consummate professional and is a perfect fit into the MBI chef-to-chef based approach and our “It’s All About the Food” mentality.
Paul Molthan
Chef Paul Molthan has been with Mediterranean Brands from our inception. Paul has a special talent for bringing innovation from the test kitchen to large scale manufacturing. His inventive nature has fostered a love for recipe and menu development. Paul’s excellent customer service has been formed by years of service in the restaurant business starting as a line cook and eventually owning his own farm to table restaurant. Paul’s detail-centric approach to his work was honed by his years in the industry. Paul’s coworkers and customers immensely enjoy working with him because of the positive energy he brings to his work and his enthusiasm to find solutions wherever one needs to be found. Paul genuinely loves the magic that happens during big family get-togethers centered around cooking together and feasting.
