Matt Mell brings more than 20 years of experience in the grocery and specialty food industry, paired with formal training from culinary school. With a deep understanding of both the culinary and commercial sides of the industry, Matt is focused on elevating MBI Foods’ capabilities and strengthening its position as a trusted innovation partner for foodservice operators.
Chef Paul Molthan, who has been with the company since its earliest days, helped build Mediterranean Brands from the ground up. With a background spanning line cook to farm-to-table restaurant owner, Paul is known for his ability to take ideas from the test kitchen to full-scale manufacturing while preserving flavor and authenticity. His inventive spirit and detail-driven approach, shaped by years in the restaurant industry, make him a natural collaborator and problem-solver.Â
